INFORMATION FOR BLT’s SEASON SUBSCRIBERS
March 2010
The cancellation of a regular-season production in no way diminishes the
monetary value of your ticket. You can still use all the numbered punches
that remain on your season ticket card to obtain tickets for performances
of our remaining regular-season productions, in any way you wish—one
ticket to each of several productions, several tickets to one performance,
etc.
Despite the above, we realize the cancellation of The Glass Menagerie may
lessen your perception of your ticket’s practical value to you.
Consequently, as an added benefit for you, our most valued patrons, all
current and future season ticket holders may use one of their numbered
punches for a ticket to our summer musical, Anything Goes. This
effectively adds $4 to the value of every season ticket, regardless of its
category. No extra action on your part is necessary to take advantage of
this extra benefit. When you obtain your ticket for the musical, we will
simply punch or mark one of your card’s numbered circles in a distinctive
way.
Holders of Regular Season Plus tickets ($116 each) now have the right
to two tickets to Anything Goes (via the gold star icon on your card and one
numbered circle). Even if you don’t use the second opportunity for a
musical ticket, you still have saved $16 over the price of individual tickets.
Nevertheless, if you do not wish to use your Regular Season Plus ticket
for two summer musical tickets, you may exchange it for a regular season
ticket (seven punches, one of which may be used for the summer musical;
price $98): Simply bring it to our box office during normal business hours
or mail it to BLT Box Office, PO Box 426, Brevard NC 28712; we will issue
you a regular season ticket and refund the $18 difference. (If you used any
punches to attend I Ought To Be In Pictures, we will punch your new ticket
accordingly.) Because of the time needed to process such exchanges, we
can only make them as described; we will not be able to make them
immediately prior to a performance.
We trust these actions will satisfy any concerns you may have had.
However, if you need further information, please contact our Box Office
Manager, Joe Narsavage, directly at (828) 884-5636.
